Qualifications

• 4+ years of merchandising experience.
• Experience working with suppliers is essential.
• Strong understanding of brand vision and customer profile.
• Great understanding of fashion with a keen sense of taste.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Analytical mindset with proven data analysis experience.
• Decisive decision-making skills are essential.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate data.
• Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management including stock levels, replenishment, and checks with ownership of WSSI.
• Deliver KPI targets: sell-through, GMROI, stock turnover, sales per square foot, markdown strategy.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts identifying trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate between Design and Production to meet delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement product assortment plans aligned with demand and objectives.
• Execute price setting and perform margin analysis for profitability improvements.
• Raise purchase orders aligned with buying and delivery schedules.
• Identify trade opportunities and take appropriate action.
