Job summary

United Legwear & Apparel Co. is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner to oversee our DTC merchandising strategy for Concession stores and our ECOM platform across Scotch & Soda, Stance socks, and Hurley.

This role drives sales performance and manages inventory to maximize profitability. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in DTC/omnichannel planning, with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Open-to-Buy (OTB) for each brand including reforecasting monthly.
• Create seasonal buy plans to guide the merchant team on where to invest OTB in
• Own the annual DTC budget process in collaboration with the Sr. Director of DTC Buying and Planning
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Digital team, marketing team, store teams, and cross-functional DTC teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Generate and distribute weekly reports on sales performance and inventory status to stakeholders including qualitative feedback and suggested actions
• Conduct in-depth end-of-season reviews, analyzing sell-through rates to pinpoint opportunities and risks for future seasons.
• Work alongside merchants and the DTC team to optimize style performance and identify OTB opportunities.
• Manage and grow an Assistant Planner/Allocator
