Vistar is seeking a Senior Merchandising Analyst to partner with Purchasing, Sales, Inventory Management, and Suppliers. You will develop training, SOPs, and process documentation, while leading onboarding and coordinating multiple projects to improve efficiency and readiness across the organization.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, training delivery, and strong collaboration in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of purchasing, merchandising, inventory management, or related analytics experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for Purchasing and Sales teams.
• Create, maintain, and enhance SOPs and process documentation.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new team members.
• Coordinate multiple projects and track progress and deliverables.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
