Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial, mission critical or industrial Superintendent experience (experience for speciality contractors).
• Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or electrical construction expertise.
• Experience managing MEP field projects.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
