Qualifications

• 5–10 years construction experience with at least 5 years in the function of lead MEP Superintendent
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Experience with marking up and editing PDFs with software products such as Bluebeam a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop scope, buy-out and schedule with project manager
• Oversee daily field operations ensuring safety, quality and progress
• Manage MEP/FP trades, resolve procedures, design clarifications, manpower and schedule conflicts
• Review submittals, shop drawings and other data for proper installation on site
• Lead installation and startup of MEP systems and turnover to owners
• Communicate with owners, architects and engineers to resolve field issues
• Perform inspections, startup, commissioning and training for system handover
