Job summary

Lease Crutcher Lewis is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of project MEP systems on site. The role requires strong leadership of trade partners, AHJs, and internal teams to ensure safe, high-quality results.

You will develop detailed schedules, coordinate BIM, and guide field teams through complex, healthcare-adjacent projects while maintaining a focus on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of general contracting experience leading large, complex commercial projects.
• Healthcare, hospital, occupied renovation, or similar complex technical project experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating work in active facilities, including phasing, logistics, shutdowns, safety controls, infection prevention, life-safety work, or significant MEP coordination.
• Familiarity with multiple building frame types and strong building process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP field operations in partnership with project teams and trade partners.
• Plan, organize, manage, and execute MEP-related work including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
• Coordinate sequencing and planning of all MEP scopes, BIM, and procurement schedules.
• Provide constructability feedback and advise on cost, production, logistics, and safety aspects.
• Mentor foremen and field team members and support training and career development.
