Job summary

Lease Crutcher Lewis is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation, commissioning, and turnover of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, low-voltage, and related building systems on complex commercial and mission critical construction projects.

In this role, you will support projects from estimating through closeout and warranty, serving as the technical authority and coordination lead for MEP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years coordinating MEP on commercial projects.
• Experience with BIM/VDC coordination and clash resolution.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP field leadership and project execution across trades.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and clients for alignment.
• Review documents for constructability and code compliance.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and safety.
• Lead BIM coordination and commissioning activities.
