A leading construction firm is seeking an MEP Superintendent in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in ground-up construction, with in-depth knowledge of MEP systems and robust leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing on-site construction tasks, overseeing a team, and ensuring projects meet budget and schedule requirements. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ground-up construction.
• In-depth understanding of MEP trades and superstructure types.
• Experience with OSHA 30 and managing multiple jobs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site MEP construction tasks.
• Lead meetings with jobsite foremen.
• Ensure project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the project schedule.
• Lead BIM Coordination and guide CD coordination phase.
