The role requires strong leadership, scheduling discipline, and ability to resolve field conflicts across electrical, mechanical, and controls trades on ground-up and retrofit facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with significant MEP field leadership.
• 5+ years in a Superintendent or Lead MEP field role.
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, or large industrial projects.
• Ability to read MEP drawings, one-lines, and P&IDs.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all MEP subcontractors and self-perform crews.
• Oversee installation of critical systems and sequencing to support commissioning.
• Drive trade coordination, resolve field conflicts, and ensure progress aligns with the master schedule.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and enforce safety protocols.
• Verify installations meet drawings, specifications, and QA standards.
• Develop and manage MEP look-ahead schedules and monitor milestones.
• Maintain field status updates and client/stakeholder communications.
