Job summary

McGraw Kokosing seeks a Project Manager to lead mechanical and/or electrical teams on large-scale industrial projects in Middletown, OH. You will drive projects from preconstruction through final completion, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in mechanical/electrical engineering or construction management with 10+ years in construction. Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or construction management. PE credentialing is not required but a strong plus.
• 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Review status reports and modify schedules as needed to meet funding parameters.
• Lead project team in daily field coordination meetings and safety kickoffs.
• Mentor and assist with career development of team members.
