Job summary

Requires a PE license, 8+ years in design or PM, strong Revit (CAD) skills, and experience with IESVE, TRACE 3D, or HAP. A Bachelor of Engineering or vocational-technical degree is expected. Onsite during training with hybrid work afterward.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 8+ years design or project management experience.
• 8+ years hands-on with Autodesk Revit (plus CAD).
• Experience with load calculation software: IESVE, Trane TRACE 3D, or Carrier HAP.
• Bachelor of Engineering or vocational-technical degree.
• Comfortable working onsite during the training period.
• Strong command of applicable building codes.

Responsibilities

• Own project schedule, budget, and scope; be the main client contact.
• Lead design of building systems engineered to perform; assign work and provide daily technical guidance.
• Shape proposals, join client presentations, and coordinate sub-consultants across offices.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of every deliverable.
