Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial MEP construction.
• Proven success mentoring and developing project and sales professionals.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems and MEP construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for the execution and delivery of complex electrical and mechanical projects.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
• Mentor, develop, and train junior Project Managers and Sales Managers.
