Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
• EIT, PE or CEM are a plus.
• 5+ years experience in MEP.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Calculate heat loss/heat gain requirements for buildings.
• Layout mechanical systems using AutoCAD and/or REVIT.
• Coordinate system design with other trades.
• Assist in jobsite meetings as needed.
• Identify and resolve conflicts.
• Create and maintain customer relationships.
