Qualifications

• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to develop mechanical system designs.
• Design HVAC systems including heating and cooling systems.
• Prepare construction drawings and specifications using Revit or AutoCAD.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate existing mechanical systems.
• Provide construction administration support.
