Job summary

Gilbane is seeking a Senior MEP Manager to lead and mentor the MEP teams on multiple projects while coordinating with Project Managers and Project Executives to define regional and project-specific needs in all MEP areas.

The role sits primarily on the job site with occasional travel to the office for trainings and meetings, offering a comprehensive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth within a family-owned firm with a long-standing reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• OSHA 30 hour certification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Protects Gilbane and the owner from cost, quality, and schedule impacts
• Coordinates with Project Managers and MEP staff to understand needs
• Oversees MEP-GMP preparation
• Leads Project Execution Plan development
• Manages MEP discipline and staff on multiple complex projects
• Develops long-term client relationships
