Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Commissioning Manager to implement, oversee, and manage all aspects of the Commissioning program. You will document inspections, coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and external personnel to ensure a high-quality product across nationwide projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), 5–15 years in construction, and strong analytical skills. Travel will be required across projects nationwide; NFPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5–15 years of progressive construction experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to walk job sites and climb ladders; lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, document, and track preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
• Oversee MEP/FP construction process on site.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure performance as required.
• Liaise with inspectors on local ordinance or code requirements.
• Prepare and monitor commissioning schedules with stakeholders.
