Clayco is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead on-site commissioning activities for large-scale projects across North America. You will review documentation, manage plans, and coordinate CX teams to ensure systems start safely and meet project requirements.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with field superintendents and QA/QC, and report on commissioning progress while ensuring compliance with safety policies and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of experience in construction, commissioning, start-up, and operations on large scale projects.
• ANSI CX certification is a plus.
• Data Center Commissioning experience is a plus.
• Building Automation Systems (Controls) experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and documentation, including schedules.
• Responsible for daily commissioning activities on project site.
• CX Leader on the project, chair meetings and coordinate CX activities.
• Mentor and coach junior staff on the CX process.
• Coordinate with Operations Team and Project Management on schedule, budget, and issues.
• Inspect and test all equipment and systems to ensure safety and requirements compliance.
• Prepare for transition to client after final inspections and commissioning processes are complete.
