Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of field leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems (MEP).
• Proven ability to mentor field teams and lead safety-first operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and supervision of crew activities.
• Supervise onsite field operations and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Provide trade-specific information to GC for project scheduling.
