Job summary

Holder Construction in the United States is seeking an MEP Senior Field Coordinator to join our Building Technology team on projects across Virginia locations in Richmond, Culpeper, Ashburn, Herndon, and Manassas. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting complex MEP infrastructure for data centers and other specialized facilities.

You will oversee coordination and installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems; provide leadership to trade partners and vendors; and

Qualifications

• 35 years of commercial construction experience with large MEP systems.
• Proven ability to manage workforce, monitor progress, and resolve field issues.
• Experience with complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or similar facilities.
• Strong communication and leadership for client/trade partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination and installation of MEP systems on complex projects.
• Provide leadership to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors for quality and compliance.
• Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting commissioning.
• Manage punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and oversee start-up activities.
• Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through close-out for successful delivery.
• Maintain relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trades.
