Triangle DeCon Services Inc is a boutique real estate advisory firm in Southern California. We are seeking an Estimator IV (MEP) for a senior role to prepare and review construction cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, in collaboration with PMO and Lead Estimator.

Requirements include at least 10 years of estimating experience with 5–7 years in MEP, and knowledge of Design Build, DBB, and JOC contracting.

Qualifications

• Ten years of recent cost estimating experience for building construction.
• 5–7 years specializing in MEP estimating.
• Expert in Design Build, Design Bid Build and Job Order Contracting forms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review construction cost estimates for buildings or structures.
• Perform material takeoffs for MEP systems and analyze quantities.
• Evaluate bids, change orders, and cost proposals for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with PMO and Lead Estimator to develop cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide technical evaluations and draft cost estimating reports for management.
