CLMI Group is seeking seasoned construction cost estimators to join our PMO team in Los Angeles. The role involves preparing comprehensive cost estimates for complex building projects, including MEP systems, and evaluating bids and change orders.

The ideal candidate has at least ten years of experience, with 5–7 years dedicated to MEP estimating, and a BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience. Travel to sites is required as needed.

Formación

• Ten years minimum in complete cost estimates for building construction (Type I, II, III, or V).
• 5–7 years of MEP estimating experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and participate in the preparation of construction cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare estimates per design based on scope and building type.
• Evaluate cost-estimating deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare fair cost estimates for contractor proposals for extra work.
• Conduct site visits to gather information for project estimates.
• Perform material takeoffs and quantity surveys for MEP systems.
