Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing preconstruction experience.
• Ability to read and understand electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans.
• Familiarity with standard concepts of MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Procure subcontracts and manage contracts from solicitation to award.
• Coordinate equipment submittals and assist with cost estimates.
