Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to take ownership of technically demanding projects across North America. You will deliver high-quality design support for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, BMS, and fire-protection systems within a multidisciplinary team.

You will prepare specifications, drawings, and contract documents, guide projects from design through delivery, and collaborate with clients and design teams to resolve challenges and ensure project

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience designing MEP systems for a range of building types.
• Working knowledge of US codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design support across building-services projects.
• Own technical delivery and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Collaborate with clients, external design teams, and colleagues across disciplines.
• Identify opportunities and support growth of client relationships within North America.

Skills

3-5 years of MEP design experience

Professional Engineer status

US work eligibility

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
