Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; minimum six years of relevant engineering experience.
• Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and how they interrelate across project types.
• Strong business acumen to plan, manage and execute duties; excellent verbal and written communication.
• STSC certification required within six months of hire; follow up with supervisor for next steps.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Turner project team, subcontractors, owner's consultants and representatives to ensure optimal alignment and efficient systems installation.
• Prepare and manage contract item lists to ensure ROJ dates comply with project schedule and approvals.
• Participate in schedule update meetings and provide latest information for accurate scheduling.
• Evaluate and manage the processing of RFIs and budget including change orders with awareness of subcontractor financials.
• Coordinate with MEP Superintendent to resolve conflicts between mechanical and electrical systems and site logistics.
• Co-lead the MEP Coordination Process with the VDC Engineer to ensure installations meet design, O&M fundamentals and quality standards.
• Prepare scope of work documents with clear division of responsibility; ensure proper temporary operations planning.
• Lead turnover processes including start-up, testing, commissioning and closeout; mentor Assistant MEP Engineers.
