The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience, a strong understanding of NYC codes, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit. A well-established MEP consulting firm in Manhattan is seeking a Senior Mechanical / HVAC Engineer to lead and deliver complex building systems for high-profile projects across New York City.

What You’ll Do

• Lead HVAC system design for commercial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use projects
• Develop construction documents, calculations, and technical specifications
• Oversee junior engineers and provide technical mentorship
• Coordinate with architects, owners, and other engineering disciplines
• Participate in client meetings and support construction administration

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of mechanical/HVAC engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of NYC codes, energy codes, and permitting processes
• Experience with HVAC load calculations, system selection, and equipment sizing
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
• PE license preferred (or actively pursuing)
