Job summary

Turner Construction Co. is seeking an Electrical / Instrumentation MEP Superintendent for a Raleigh, NC project. The role leads and coordinates subcontractors and Turner trade labor on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety, schedule delivery, and budget adherence.

Reports to the Project Superintendent, Project Manager or MEP Manager. The candidate will supervise Assistant Superintendents and field staff, with strong emphasis on coordination of MEPS disciplines and adherence to codes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of engineering/architectural experience with 6+ years' MEPS construction.
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control.
• Experience with BIM coordination of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electricians and instrumentation techs on-site.
• Manage subcontractors doing electrical and control system work.
• Ensure work is installed safely, on schedule, and to design and code.
• Lead inspections, turnover, and training for MEPS systems.
