CORE in Roseville, CA seeks an experienced MEP Coordinator to manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination across construction projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, quality, and safety, working with pre-construction teams and trade partners to resolve issues and keep projects progressing.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and submittals, developing and integrating MEP schedules, and conducting site inspections to verify compliance with project standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years MEP experience in construction.
• Ability to read & interpret drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of local codes and industry standards.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Drone Deploy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate installation of MEP systems across project phases.
• Review drawings, plans, specs, and submittals for accuracy.
• Ensure alignment between architectural, structural and MEP plans.
• Develop MEP timelines and integrate into master schedule.
• Assist constructability reviews and scope development.
• Identify design conflicts and propose solutions.
• Attend trade partner interviews and ensure scope coverage.
• Review shop drawings and submittals.
• Conduct site inspections for QA/QC.
• Attend MEP coordination meetings and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety practices.
• Assist startup, balancing, commissioning, owner training.
