With 4–6 years in MEP coordination, you will collaborate with architects and engineers, review drawings and submittals, and lead coordination meetings to minimize risk and maximize efficiency on technically complex projects.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of MEP coordination or related field experience.
• Experience with design development through construction.
• Knowledge of life safety, low voltage, and automation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates coordination of moderately complex MEP systems across design, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure integration and functionality.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues and align project objectives.
• Reviews and validates MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
• Facilitates regular coordination meetings and communicates updates to stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
• Reviews potential conflicts or risks related to MEP systems, addressing issues before impact on delivery.
• Supports less experienced team members to ensure building services are properly planned, designed, and integrated.
