Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated MEP Coordinator to join our team in Madison, WI. You will ensure the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are well coordinated and integrated with all project scopes.

With 5+ years of MEP coordination experience and proficiency in BIM tools, you will lead coordination meetings, review drawings, and support testing and commissioning to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of MEP coordination experience in construction.
• Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks).
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across all project phases.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and manage clash detection using BIM tools.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and ensure compliance with project documents.
• Collaborate with trade partners and design teams to resolve system conflicts.
• Track MEP procurement, equipment lead times, and schedule impacts.
• Support testing, inspections, commissioning, and closeout documentation.
