Clune Construction Company, L.P. is seeking a Senior MEP Coordinator in Chicago, IL, to assist in the planning and commissioning of key MEP equipment for Mission Critical and Health Care projects. This role involves coordinating MEP models, tracking construction progress, and mentoring staff.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Science, along with advanced experience in MEP system installation and a minimum of 6 years in large commercial projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience with large commercial construction projects.
- Able to use independent judgement and prioritize based on relevant factors.
- Possess personal integrity and the ability to foster a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the MEP model and review MEP submittals prior to submission.
- Provide solutions for MEP related RFIs and track MEP construction progress.
- Organize startup and commissioning documentation.
