Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Senior MEP Coordinator for our Palo Alto, CA project office. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression efforts on assigned projects, lead design consultants and subcontractors, and manage 3D coordination and procurement flow using Procore and Primavera.
The role requires at least 10 years’ experience, a degree in engineering or equivalent, and strong communication/leadership skills.
Expected annual salary range for this job is $150,000 - $200,000 depending on experience.

Description
Rudolph and Sletten is looking for a Senior MEP Coordinator who is responsible for the coordination on the assigned project. This position reports to the Director of Mechanical and Electrical Services, or other assigned supervisor.
MEP Coordinators work with the design consultants and key sub-contractors to select the best equipment for the project, build it virtually and then in reality in the field followed by a robust commissioning effort. We use software tools such as Revizto, vPlanner, Procore and Primavera to manage our work. We are looking to add leadership to our Kaiser Permanente San Jose project team to build a new replacement hospital and central plant. We are co-located with the design team in Oakland into 2024 and then will move the project office to San Jose. Great candidates will bring strong communication and leadership skills.
