Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical engineering design and facilities management to lead complex projects from inception to closure.

You will ensure safety, budget integrity, and schedule compliance while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers. A Construction Management degree is preferred, with up to 80% travel to job sites and offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or project management, mechanical construction, or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Leadership skills and ability to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others.
• Ability to travel to job sites/office locations, with up to 80% travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project life cycle from inception through closure.
• Deliver projects safely within budget, schedule, and quality parameters while exceeding customer expectations.
• Participate in site planning, job hazard analysis reviews and approvals, toolbox talks, and site walks.
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities and manage project scope coordination.
