Job summary

The Judge Group in Columbia, MD is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects, with emphasis on SCIFs and government facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of combined education and/or experience in design and construction, with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a track record in QA/QC and construction management across labs, data centers, or secure environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years combined education and/or experience in design and construction.
• Advanced knowledge in the installation of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
• Experience delivering new or renovated labs, data centers, or secure facilities with SCIFs.
• Progressive career development in quality control, quality assurance, construction management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of complex projects and programs in the design/construction space.
• Lead field engineering activities for MEP installations.
• Ensure QA/QC processes are followed throughout construction.
• Coordinate with government, hospital, education, or industrial facility stakeholders.
