Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Senior Analyst of Menu Strategy to own the Extras menu and related culinary processes from concept to launch. Based in Chicago, IL, this role requires collaboration across Culinary, Product, and Supply Chain to drive innovation and top-line growth.

You will manage assortment, perform KPI analysis, and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements while partnering with various teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a rigorous fast-paced work environment.
• Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with a results-oriented approach.
• Independent self-starter inclined towards finding solutions without significant oversight.
• Passion for food with ability to taste and provide thorough feedback on samples.

Responsibilities

• Run entire menu setting process within respective menu vertical, including insights, culinary R&D, photography/content, and financial metrics to design, publish, and track menu success.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to remove roadblocks and prioritize projects; partner with Culinary and Supply Chain for next-gen products.
• Identify projects and analyses yielding actionable takeaways for future menu implementation.
• Execute weekly and monthly KPI tracking and analysis of menus (revenue, food, margin, reviews).
• Collaborate with Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Culinary, Operations to source and develop new products and experiences.
• Interpret data and trends impacting meal solutions and develop actionable execution insights.
• Integrate voice of customer into all work and convert learnings into tangible actions.
