The Bradley Center in Pittsburgh seeks a Masters Level Clinician to support children, adults, and families through trauma-informed care. You will engage in biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a recognized clinical discipline is required.
• Completion of a clinical practicum is required for some roles.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid PA driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with children, adults and families.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services as assigned.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, families, schools, and community partners.
• Track client progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
