Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years' experience in a mental health setting.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications required or within 60 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive clients; company vehicle may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates a multidisciplinary team and coordinates service needs.
• Collaborates with other services and agencies.
• Directly supervises assigned team members.
• Fulfills appropriate level of services for new members served as outlined in the essential functions.
