Job summary

Options for Southern Oregon seeks an Oregon-licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to supervise therapy services for adults with SPMI and co-occurring disorders at the Carnahan Center. You will supervise staff, provide direct mental health services, and coordinate with DHS, health plans, and community partners to ensure crisis stabilization and access to housing, employment, and education resources.

The role requires a Master’s in behavioral science, MHACBO eligibility, and licensure in Oregon;

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science required.
• Two years’ post-master's experience to meet Medicaid for Clinical Supervisor.
• Must be a QMHP on MHACBO registry or eligible to register in Oregon as LMFT/LCSW/LPC or psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and direction to program staff.
• Deliver direct mental health services including psychotherapy and behavioral health counseling.
• Collaborate with agency, DHS, health plans, and community resources for crisis stabilization and social services.
• Review and sign off on treatment plans and provide staff guidance.
• Coordinate referrals to internal and external resources as needed.
• May provide on-call coverage for assigned programs.
