Community Integrated Health Services in Ilwaco, WA, is hiring a Full-Time Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to lead and supervise clinical staff across Pacific County. The role includes coordinating with MHPs, Case Managers, and peers, and delivering direct care while guiding care coordination and documentation.

Travel is required to support regional services. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field, is eligible for Washington credentialing, and brings 3+ years of clinical

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, or closely related field.
• Washington State credentials or ability to obtain (LICSWA/LASWA/LMHCA/LMFTA).
• 3 years of relevant clinical experience in behavioral health or related setting.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and staff-development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise assigned Case Managers and Peer staff (individual and group supervision, coaching, feedback).
• Coordinate clinical services with MHPs, Case Managers, and Quality Management staff.
• Provide direct care services, care coordination, treatment plan implementation, and crisis support.
• Support staff with documentation, case reviews, and service delivery improvements.
• Travel within the Pacific County area to support service delivery and trainings.
