Job summary

Telecare San Diego’s behavioral health program is a 24/7 Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crisis. Under direct supervision, you will act as a primary support and case manager to help clients live as independently as possible in their community.

Shifts are Full-Time with varying days. Compensation starts at $23.00–$26.25 per hour, with geographic differentials applied. Starting pay is commensurate with experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or Human Services and 1 year of experience or high school/GED with four years of direct mental health services.
• Associate's degree may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support and case management for individuals with mental illness to promote independence.
• Work under direct supervision and meet position standards.
• Coordinate transportation for clients using the company vehicle.

Valid driver's license

Education
