Job summary

Tektree Systems Inc. in the United States is seeking a Mendix Lead to drive design and development of Mendix solutions, ensuring best practices and high performance. You will design, develop, and tune Mendix apps to meet business requirements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with business analysts, PMs, and QA to deliver successful projects. A Bachelor's degree and Mendix certification are required along with extensive software

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience as Mendix Lead.
Strong knowledge of Mendix Integrations, Domain models, Microflows, Workflows and User Interface.
Total software development experience of eight years or more.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Mendix Expert/Advanced Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Mendix solutions with performance tuning.
Design and develop high-quality Mendix applications meeting business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
