Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Mendix Lead to steer the design and development of Mendix-based solutions in Wisconsin. You will ensure best practices, performance tuning, and robust integrations while collaborating with business analysts, PMs, and QA to deliver projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least eight years in software development, and Mendix Expert/Advanced Certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least one year of Mendix Lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mendix integrations, domain models, microflows, workflows and UI.
• Total software development experience of at least eight years.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Mendix Expert/Advanced Certification.
