Compest Solutions Inc is seeking a Mendix Lead Developer to drive design and development of Mendix solutions in a remote setting. You will lead performance tuning, code reviews, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least one year leading Mendix projects, eight years total software development, and Mendix Expert certification. This role is W2 and remote nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• At least 1 year leading Mendix projects.
• Strong Mendix knowledge: integrations, domain models, microflows, workflows, and UI.
• Total software development experience of 8+ years.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mendix Expert Certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Mendix solutions, ensuring best practices and standards, and tuning applications for performance.
• Design and develop high-quality Mendix applications that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Mendix applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring stability and reliability of applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
