Entertainment Retail Enterprises, LLC in Apopka, FL seeks a Senior Men's Apparel Designer & Product Developer with a strong background in men's workwear to lead from concept through production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and overseas factories to deliver durable, functional, and stylish apparel.

Requirements include 8+ years in men's apparel design, experience with woven and knit garments, strong CAD/tech-pack skills, and ability to manage multiple categories.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of men's apparel design and product development experience.
• Strong background in men's workwear and outdoor/apparel performance.
• Experience with woven and knit garments across multiple categories.
• Solid knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and finishes.
• Ability to manage product categories from concept to production.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop seasonal men's workwear collections across multiple categories.
• Research trends, fabrics, trims, and construction techniques for functional workwear.
• Create concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and product assortments.
• Develop CADs, tech packs, specs, BOMs, and construction details.
• Independently manage concept to production for assigned categories.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to develop exclusive SMUs for retailers.
• Work with China office and overseas factories on development and sourcing.
• Review samples, fit, fabrics, trims, and TOPs with clear feedback.
• Coordinate with Art for graphics and branding; oversee costing and quality.
• Maintain calendars and ensure deadlines on seasonal projects.
