Job summary

Entertainment Retail Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Headwear Designer & Product Developer for its Apopka, FL site. This full-time, on-site role focuses on men's headwear, with end-to-end development from concept through production across multiple brands.

You will design, develop, and manage the headwear category, collaborate with China office and factories, and ensure cost targets and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of headwear design experience.
• Strong graphic design skills for logos, patches, and embroidery.
• Ability to manage a product category from concept to production.
• Proficiency with CADs, tech packs, and production specs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal headwear collections for multiple brands.
• Independently manage the headwear category from concept to production.
• Collaborate with overseas factories to resolve design and build issues.
• Create original graphics, embroidery, patches, and embellishments.
• Develop CADs, tech packs, and construction details.
