Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Advanced Test Engineer in Columbus, OH to design, validate, and improve test systems for pressure sensing products. You will drive automated test development, sensor validation, and reliability testing across NPI and sustaining programs, reporting to the Director of Engineering.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, MEMS, and manufacturing teams to implement robust test strategies, improve data quality, and optimize test time and yield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in test engineering or sensor development.
• Hands-on experience with pressure sensors, MEMS, or analog measurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test systems for pressure sensors and MEMS products.
• Lead sensor characterization and data analysis for calibration and compensation models.
• Plan and execute environmental/reliability testing (temperature, pressure, humidity, vibration).
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to enable design-for-test and manufacturability.
• Generate reports for design reviews and customer deliverables; drive root cause analysis.
