Honeywell Aerospace in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II to support and improve manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement and collaborating with labs and factory operations.

You will apply CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to improve process capability, yield, and product quality, while guiding cross-functional teams and manufacturing projects. This role emphasizes efficiency and continuous improvement across multiple product lines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
• 2+ years in manufacturing, test, fabrication, or assembly processes.

Mansioni

• Provide test and manufacturing support for TGP Machining Cell based IMUs.
• Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability.
• Utilize Lean, Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues; facilitate issue identification and analysis.
• Develop improvements in product design and in manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
• Assist development of new products.
• Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans.
• Foster a self-driven culture to achieve RTY, COPQ, and SQDIC goals.
• Test products and software.
