Job summary

SiTime Corporation is hiring a Sr. MEMS process integration Engineer in Santa Clara. You will design, characterize, and improve MEMS devices and help build the next generation of SiTime MEMS products.

The role requires strong problem solving and collaboration across engineering teams. The ideal candidate has extensive MEMS fabrication experience, hands-on experimentation skills, and a track record of process optimization.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong ability to design, conduct and analyze MEMS/fabrication experiments.
• Experience with RF measurements is a plus.
• Familiarity with SPC and DOE software.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate MEMS process flow from design to product requirements.
• Develop MEMS processes and integrate with fab/foundry.
• Drive yield improvements with MEMS Foundry.
• Plan and execute experiments, analyze data, present results.
• Collaborate with circuits, systems, and packaging teams.
