SiTime Corp. seeks a MEMS Process and Yield Engineer to lead MEMS wafer yield and disposition. You will monitor MEMS Foundry and MEMS Test data to ensure high quality process control and drive improvements with cross‑functional teams.

A strong background in semiconductor manufacturing, SPC/DOE, and data analysis is required. Experience with MEMS processes is a plus. SiTime offers a competitive compensation package, quarterly bonus and equity grants.

Formación

• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or similar.
• Experience with Statistical analysis and DOE software (JMP or Spotfire).
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), yield improvement, Wafer Probe.
• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing including Wafer Process and Wafer Defect analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement in MEMS process and yield with MEMS Foundry.
• Disposition of MEMS product material at Test and Foundry.
• Qualify process changes and ramp of new and mature products.
• Collaborate with MEMS Foundry to design/execute experiments and present data with recommendations.
• Ongoing process control of MEMS wafer test and foundry data.
• Provide regular updates on process and yield health using statistics and databases.
