Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Senior MEMS Characterization and Metrology Engineer to develop and deploy MEMS test systems for engineering characterization and manufacturing test of MEMS resonators.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics; PhD preferred.
• Proven track record of driving technical projects and meeting aggressive schedules.
• Hands-on experience with analog electronics, board-level design and debug, RF device characterization and test equipment.
• Programming in C#; familiarity with LabVIEW and MATLAB.
• Strong ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments.

Responsibilities

• Explore and prototype test methodologies for high-precision timing parameter measurements.
• Build and validate MEMS test hardware for engineering and mass production.
• Develop software for test execution, data acquisition, calibration, and analysis.
