Syntiant Corp. seeks an experienced Product Line Manager to own the MEMS microphone roadmap for the Consumer Electronics market. You will translate market opportunities into differentiated products with superior audio performance and commercial success.

You will lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, gather customer input, and drive strategies that balance performance with cost and margins. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of business/engineering experience; semiconductor/electrical components manufacturing preferred.
• Masters/MBA preferred; strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Own MEMS Microphone roadmap and product definition for Consumer Electronics.
• Glean VOC and market knowledge to develop commercial strategies.
• Lead NPI teams from concept to mass production.
• Collaborate with application engineering & R&D for outbound marketing collateral.
• Coordinate global pricing strategy and monitor end-to-end margins.
• Work with R&D, Operations & Finance to meet margin targets.
